GIURGIU, ROMANIA - AUGUST 20: The Danube river, which is the second longest river in Europe, has reached historically low levels after an extreme drought in Giurgiu, Romania on August 20, 2022.The river has been restricted for commercial and touristic navigation on the Romanian section.Agriculture and wildlife in the area have been affected by the low water levels.
