Guinness World Record holder Sultan Kosen, who became famous with a height of 251 cm (8 ft 2.82), traveled 127 countries in this way. Kosen is now struggling with health problems and he continues to live under the supervision of a doctor. He hasn't lost the world record for 13 years. Photographers and members of the jury visited the tallest man for his 27.5-centimeter-long hand and 36.5-centimeter feet which also entered the Guinness World Record Book.
